Hi @amirali12, this is a fake (edited) photo. The water was added on the background picture.
Yes it is edited but it is a raw picture with a little Photoshop and it is not added on the background. 😊
Interesting then if you just mirrored... because the ELA shows exactly that the water was added... What version of Photoshop you used?
Yes it is mirrored. I use photoshop cc 2017
