#855 - Monochrome for Wednesday.

Lovely Wednesday evening fellow beautiful Hiveans. We are in Atok Benguet once again, my wife and I left home early before five in the morning. My son schedule was moved to hybrid which means they are going to be remote for the next two day and will be back to school by Friday once again. On our way to Atok, we stopped by in Quezon city to pick up an old friend which we haven't seen for a while now and wanted to join us with the hike later at dawn. Then we made our way going to the Cordilleras. We stopped by Baguio city for a couple of hours to eat and also sight seeing then we wert off again. We arrived in Atok before two in the afternoon and that's where we are staying at, at dawn we will make our way to Bakun which is just an hour drive away from Atok. Hopefully the weather will be fine and sunny tomorrow.

Now for our daily shots in monochrome we got here a young lady walking by the road while holding her right ear and her long straight hair sways away. There's also a man standing holding some form of paperwork just about in her way.

Then as I walked along the roadside, I couldn't help but notice a cluster of people gathered by the curb. A group of mostly women and an older man, all stood chatting animatedly about what's what. Their faces were a tapestry of smiles and laughter. They spoke with the ease of long-time friends, their conversations punctuated by bursts of hearty laughter.

Then we got here an old man shuffled along the mostly empty sidewalk, his footsteps echoing through the quiet morning air. His gait was slow and deliberate, each step carefully measured as he navigated the world around him. As he walked, his weathered hand gripped the handle of a sturdy walking stick.

Then lastly we have a man sat alone on the concrete pavement with his bag in front. The early morning light cast long shadows in the area around him, as if he were a solitary figure etched into the very fabric of time. His eyes were half-closed, gazing out at the world with a weary resignation – as if he had seen it all before and was now resigned to simply endure whatever lay ahead.
