Aha! It doesn't matter whether you have a DSLR or a smartphone. Your photographs are always clear, bright and treats for eyes. The big yacht was remarkably grand and beautiful.
However, I could not understand your following lines:

Fortunately, my iPhone had some juice left (a rare violation of Murphy's law)
What was the connection between the iphone battery and the Murphy's law?

    Well, I was joking that if something can go wrong, it usually does go wrong. Meaning that according to Murphy's law the battery of my iPhone should have been empty, too.
