Heyyo!
I've been going out for walks daily now since it helps me fall asleep easier. It might also be that I had a harder time doing that during the big downtrend a few days ago. If you read my post the other day I hope it convinced some of you not to panic about your crypto investments and to hold tight, those of you who did should've had a much easier time getting some sleep during the correction yesterday. :)
Thought I'd submit this photography post on a different timezone than the usual ones so it reaches another part of my followers as well. Summer in Finland is not long and we don't get too many sunny days so I thought I'd make the most of it with my camera, hope you enjoy them! :)

I am from Sweden and the summer spans about the same time as in Finland. It truly is very short, but the nature and light is beautiful that sometimes one day can feel like an eternity (especially around midsummer when the sun hardly goes down). I live in China right now but your photos makes me really want to go back to Scandinavia and enjoy the wonderful summer- thanks for sharing the photos :)

Thanks for providing a refreshing break from all the stress around! All the photos are nice - the third and fifth ones showing the water bodies are my favorites. It is so wonderfully sunny at this time in Finland, and I felt like going for a walk myself. But the summer heat held me back.
I nearly thought it was something to do with Pokemon until you gave away the ting in the middle of the picture as a Minnow Slide!

Daily jogs made me feel good the next day. I actually feel irritated if I break my jogging streak.

Wonderful photos @acidyo! Photography and being out in nature can calm the soul. You should practice meditation or just doing simple things like thinking about your blessings before you sleep.. it will help calm you before your body tries to shut down for the night. Helps me a lot. Thanks, and I hope you are starting to feel better!

Finland is such a beautiful country @acidyo - I have come a cross several steemians from Finland in the last few days posting pictures around the countryside. It always looks so tranquil and peaceful. Aside from the shiny retro dolphin slide, that's a bit out there LOL

One day I will visit, my family heritage if from Norway, Sweden, and bit further back Finland. All on my dad's side. He traveled with his brother 3 years ago to trace our ancestry there, it's quite interesting.

Also, have you tried melatonin to help with your sleep issues? Might be worth a shot to see, bro.
Haven't tried it lately actually, should go after some to the pharmacy.
I myself haven't tried it, but I have heard good things from like 3-4 of my friends who had problems with insomnia or restlessness, and it worked well for them. The only other thing I know of that can help with getting to sleep is Benadryl, because that's what I've been taking, lol. Hopefully it helps you out, man!
If it makes you feel any better, I've been having a hard time sleeping lately too. My birthday is tomorrow, and I'm sure I will spend most of it trying to take a nap, haha.
Oh, I should also say though if you use Benadryl to try and help, don't use it every night. It really dries out your sinus cavities and can cause nosebleeds if you take large doses every night for extended periods of time, at least in my case. I would really try the melatonin out first and see how that works.
Those are some really cool pictures. Too bad there was no whale slide. I'd like to go on that one.

I really like walking through Łazienki (the Parks name which literally means bathrooms) in my city. Its probably the only place where you can take a really deep breath. I'm really jelous of all the people who lives in the uptown or even further from all that noise and rush. Soon I'll have a retail work and move out from the city :)
