22 Hours Of Fasting Is Over... Now, Let Me Eat My Stake!

I had an early dinner tonight after not having any solid food, just coffee, water, water and more water!

This weekend though I will a feast. 😁

Here is how I made my steak:

💠 5 slices of steaks (of course you can have however much you want 😉)
💠 Salt and pepper (generous amount!)
💠 Cook it in a cast-iron pan over high heat for one minute on each side.
💠 I transferred it on a plate and put butter on top.
💠 Cover while foil and let sit for five minutes.

That's it, dinner's served!

I've been fasting as almost four years now. I fast long as I can. Max fasting it did was 34 hours but very tough lol. That was after my travel in Thailand.

I see! Im thinking if i should fast too but people havr been saying im too skinny. But intermittent fasting should be ok right? Afterall, im aiming for a fit body.

I wouldn't recommend fasting though if you are underweight. What's your height and weight?

Intermittentfasting is also good for your overall health. You can still do intermittentfasting as long as you eat enough food. Make sure to consume a lot calories.

Why do you fast? :O I can't stand hunger for more than 5 hours or so, I get a very intense migraine and I die.

It's the most effective way to burn excess fats in our body 😊
