Hi guys!
The competition organized by Nigel Danson 'The World Landscape Photographer' has finished and results announced few days ago.
Unfortunately I didn't get to the best 7 shots of the competition, but looking at the numbers I can still be happy with the results:
4838 photos took part, 168 were picked and shortlisted to the finals - 2 from my 5 works were there, among those 168 chosen out from 4838...
Is it good enough to be happy - I think it is ok, not the best of course, but to be honest - winning photos are amazing! extremely good works took part in the race to the winning position, being among 16 best works is a small success.
Below, You can see 2 works which took part in the finals.
First one is from Norwegian Lofoten - the photo will find its place in my incoming 2021 Calendar.
Second one was taken in magical Scottish Island - Isle of Skye.

Epic shots mate. It's always difficult with competitions. A lot of them just become revenue raising as they ask so much for each entry (or take photo rights).
