Round-Up #4
Thank you to everyone supporting and being a part of the #photofeed movement! We are hearing and seeing great things about the community centered around good photography, and are honored to be a part of it! If you have any ideas on how to further improve the #photofeed movement, leave a comment below!
Since we are still pretty new, here is a quick reminder of who we are and what we are about. @photofeed is run by @cryptoctopus, @jrue, @aweber, and @yumyumseth.
Here's what you can expect to see on a regular basis from PhotoFeed:
- Up to 5 resteems every day showing off and rewarding the top content posted to #photofeed.
- A daily wrap up post highlighting and rewarding the 3 best photos from the previous day.
- 1 weekly post to congratulate our favorite photo of the week.
For all of these posts we will be paying out one half of the of the earned SBD to the featured photographers. The rest of the earnings will go to increase the rewards for future votes.
Here are our 3 favorite posts from yesterday:
This gorgeous 3 photo panorama by @intrepidphotos
This colorful street photo by @zipplyo
This nifty shot by @pcusine
Our main goal is to promote awesome photographers, so go follow @intrepidphotos, @zipplyo, and @pcusine and keep tabs on them!
If you haven't heard of PhotoFeed (or even if you have), our goal is to promote and reward the best photography on Steemit.
Here's how you can get involved:
- If you’re a photographer, use #photofeed as a tag. We’ll look at every photo posted there.
- Join our curation trail at steemauto.com to help reward amazing photography and earn some nice curation rewards for yourself (steemauto seems to be up and running agin, so come join the fun!).
- Follow us at @PhotoFeed to see the best photo content on Steemit.
If you would like your image removed from this post, leave a comment below (you will not receive any rewards if your image is removed).
Honoured to be featured here. Awesome to see somewhere where content comes first on Steemit ! Thanks guys.
Congrats! Thanks for tagging us :)
Thank you so much for including me @photofeed! I'm loving this community so much already and look forward to contributing a lot more in future. • Warm congratulations to @intrepidphotos & @pcusine as well! It's an honor to be featured alongside the both of you. :)
Likewise
Congrats yo both of you also!
Hi sir, i'm here and I see your post, it's really awesome post
nice idea.
lets do it.
@qami
Orange color of life ....
Congratulations to winning friends
Curating images and boiling them down is a damn near impossible task!
I look forward toward seeing what everyone comes up with in 2018!
The natural bridge grotto was actually my favorite I saw in my feed. Glad it won.
These photos are extra ordinary
GREAT job! Congratulations to all you guys who got featured! Looking forward to the next one @photofeed 😀
perfect color harmony.
@photofeed awesome platform
Such beautiful work! I'm so happy to see you guys getting eyes on these artists! Cheers!
Just a suggestion. When you say you look at each photo, it'd be great suggesting something, at least a one liner to those whom you're rejecting and letting them know what they could improve. Me for example. I have uploaded 3 entries by now, with zero attention. Its okay not to get any upvotes, really. But I was just wondering what I was doing wrong while uploading stuff.
Good luck for the movement.
With hundreds of pictures being tagged with #photofeed each day, that would be a full time job to go through and comment on every single one! You're not necessarily doing anything wrong, there's just a lot of great competition. Keep on tagging us and hopefully you'll be featured one of these days!
i enjoy your post ^^! Thanks.
good!.
happy today for you!
Love the colors!!!
All these images look great. But I love that photo by @intrepidphotos . That place looks so relaxing.
very impressive
Thanks a lot for the feature! So honored! You are doing a great thing for the photo community, keep at it!
Great shot! Keep up the good work!
I've always liked photography from the great masters onwards. My husband was a great photographer before he got tremors in his hand (Parkinsons disease) and although he is on medication to allay this, he cannot be sure when he will be able to take a steady shot, even with tripod. Nowadays things are simply shot anyway as people use mobile phones. I will keep an eye out for this as it's good to see people enticing others to create! Thank you
1 and 3 is amazing
