My nemesis here still has about $1 million HP so I will certainly never overpower that, but he can't really censor me either so it's not all bad.

Yeah, he still plays the same ole games and as you stated many who had interesting things to say are long gone.
But yeah, I do mean you and many others as well.
I survived a fairly long attack just by ignoring it.
I'm doing okay considering. Emotional scabs are forming, and I'm trying to talk myself into getting excited about my next chapter, and some days I have windows of it. I'm breathing, I have stronger connections, and this Spring colors are bright again. In time I will be okay and even happy again.
I know you went through a really hard hit, best wishes and condolences.
