This aloha Friday take a walk and a moment to breathe. Time take in some much needed air and time to relax(or don't :P). But really, reflect on our lives and realize, what a time to be alive! We can all take away from doing such a simple task like breathing, and realizing all we need is each other. All we need is to help those around us, because what else can you do? Who agrees with me!?
