Bahan:
2 papan Pete, kupas dan cuci
200 gram Ikan asin tenggiri
3 Iembar daun jeruk, buang tulang daun
2 bh Tomat hijau kecil, dipotong-potong
2 ruas Lengkuas, geprek
1 batang Serai, geprek
1 buah Jeruk limau
Gula, Garam secukupnya
Bumbu halus
8 bawang merah
5 bawang putih
10 cabe merah kriting
8 cabe rawit merah
1 sdt terasi bakar
Cara masak:
*Cuci ikan asin, potong sesuai selera lalu goreng,
sisihkan
*Tumis bumbu halus bersama lengkuas dan serai
hingga harum.
*Masukkan pete, tomat dan daun jeruk lalu tumis
kembali.
*Tambahkan air secukupnya, tunggu mendidih lalu
masukkan ikan asin goreng
*Beri garam, gula, kaldu bubuk dan aduk hingga
bercampur rata. Beri perasan jeruk limau.
*Tes cicip dan koreksi rasa.
