i was just wondering if what we see is actually our reality or a created reality for us.
For example each one of us has a different emotion at any given time, and those emotions are real to us and only to us.
Most of the time if a situation is bad to us it becomes very real, and if we think about it long enough it it becomes a mountain and we struggle with that emotion to get away from it
