the flow as it is, flowing in within self. the one that truly is at the place where it should be. In the now, full present and fully aware. Where one can be is up to the being itself, where is it that you put focus on?
When you feel lost, it feels like there are pieces missing of oneself. how do you get it back?
Within the spirit world we can assume that where we are is at the source. But oneself is a source as well, what can you do to flow back into your body. Where one feels that it is home. The place to be, the here and now. Where everything is possible. The reason why we feel lost, is because we think too much, feel too little. We put ourselves in the future/past cage. And not in the place to be. Therefore we can’t be in the now.
So what i like to do, is bringing everything back to the breath, and making everything flow back in, instead outward. Putting my focus on the inner self and filling it up with all of me. Putting back the attention to self and not others is a trick.
We tend to lose ourselves in others, and therefore we lose our path and authenticity. So get back to where you want to be.
Find the way back home, don’t lose yourself, don’t give up. Don’t let the thought kill your vibration. Be the vibration. Love, peace and harmony
