Acceptance
To accept what is needed for one to continue, whether we linger on old decisions or blocking thoughts. When we start fighting it, is when we lose more and more. Either it’s a waste of energy or a waste of time.
The more we accept what iz, the easier it gets to accept and let go. We hold on to the unnecessary. We understand somewhere why, sometimes it is just hard to accept what happend. Lingering in old feelings, being the old self.
Accept what is now. Learn from the past so that one does not fall in the same trap.
Accept the lesson, learn from it, and let it go. Be in peace with what happend. The pain of the suffering will only go away ( fade ) if one release it from the cage.
