In truth, I wrote this post in a bit of a rush, and you've picked up on the one paragraph where I've made an error in sentence structure, which is why the meaning isn't very clear.

Thanks for pointing it out, I do appreciate it as I don't like having work out there on the internet with typos and bad syntax.

The end of the paragraph you pointed out needs changing from...

And, unless they improve things without harming on the flip side of the coin, as it is with a lot of big business.

to...

You can not take your wealth with you, and more importantly your achievements mean nothing unless they improve things for people other than you. And, unless things are improved through your actions without harming others as a consequence, as big business so often fails to do, all your successes are hollow in my opinion.

I've now changed the paragraph in the article to (hopefully) express my idea more clearly.
