This is a great post. I completely agree that a teachers pay is never enough, you should get paid like a professional sports player gets paid. I have so much respect for all teachers who go above and beyond for the children of the future. Technology I agree is helpful but nothing can replace the feeling you get when you get an answer right in front of a class or when a teacher praises you in front of your peers, how do you get that with AI? We should never stop classroom teaching it's part of life and growing up, clubs and sports was always the best times how could we take that away from our children. That's what my thoughts are 😀👍.
