Humans are constantly putting their nose where it's not wanted, from all the wars and "military interventions" in the world, to all the governments, to just basic things in in your life, like your brother telling your what to do.
Small Intervention
Recently for the holidays I went to visit my Brother whom I have not seen for 1 year since he lives far away. And apart from the regular gossip and catching up with things, he was constantly asking about my investments and telling me what to do with my money. Well the family reunion wasn't meant to be a business talk, but he works at a bank, so he just couldn't resist asking. He was constantly pitching to me some hot investment ideas, but I told him that "no thanks I can invest on my own". It was obvious that he was only in for commissions, but regardless, he wanted to tell me what to do with my money, by using persuasion to get what he wanted.
Now of course, I control my money, so other than violently stealing my money, the only thing that somebody can do is use persuasion and to convince me that I am wrong and they are right. Now this is a small thing, but it's still intervention, and everything big comes from small things like these.
People want to control eachother, it's the will to control and rule over people that is in everyone, and it goes all the way from small things like this, to big things that goes around in the world. All the wars and interventions originate from small things like these.
Big Intervention
Just 1 brother or 1 parent constantly interfering and trying to control their child, is reflected in the world as governments trying to control their population. It can't be more obvious than this.
The seed of evil is in everyone, I am not sure if it's genetic, because it seems like other animals don't exhibit this, or at least their "society" is not as complex as humans, but for humans, it's just there.
Everyone want to control everyone. It's hilarious. And libertarians constantly blame the government, but really, it's just humans. It's not the government, it's you!
The government is only a shadow cast by the evil inside every single human that want to dominate. So whether a kindergarten boy steals another boys toy, or a military is going to war. It's the same thing.
The Cause
And it's not violence. Some libertarians think that it's violence that is the problem but that is not the case in my opinion.
A wolf violently hunts down a deer, and violently defends it's territory, but that's about it. A non-carnivore animal is even less violent. Take a bird for example, all they do all day is just eating seeds, and if a predator comes, they hide. They rarely fight for resources.
But a human, a human, all they do, is concocting schemes to dominate other humans. All they do, every single day, is just planning how to rule over other people. Like literally, if you work for government, all you do every single day is to help the oppression of other people. Even if you work for the private market, sometimes the competition game can just devolve into a domination game, and then the game becomes "how to destroy your competitor", utterly.
All humans do, through their entire life is to oppress others. Oppression seems to be the name of the game with humanity.
Laissez Faire vs Interventionism
Take for example a field where there is enough food for 100 rabbits, and there are 100 rabbits there. What will happen? Well if the rabbits start eating and reproducing, let's say there will be 200 rabbits. But then an oligarchy will form and the strongest 20 rabbits will eat, and the rest of the 180 rabbits will starve to death.
Now what humans would do in this case is to intervene, and "force equality" upon them so that every single rabbit could eat, by equally distributing out the food. And then they would have to ration because only 50% would go to 1 rabbit, and then they multiply and now there will be 400 rabbits. And then they all starve to death.
So instead of the 20 strongest rabbits surviving, if you intervene and force communism, everyone dies. Nature, with it's limited resources can only support a fix number of organisms. Division of resources is not multiplication, it's the opposite.
- So either you leave nature alone and the basic order is established: The strong will survive.
- Or you interfere with nature, and then nobody will survive.
Humanity is sure looking to become extinct, with all these interventions going on.
