Epic. This post is epic. Thanks for sharing this. It's amazing how we most times try to shy away from our mistakes and not accept the reality of the fact that we messed up but in all we all grow into the eventuality of knowing we are the real architects of our own destiny l. Now, that time might be too late to recover for someone who has lived in the deceit of people being the ones to blame for their shortcomings. I love the quote by your father but like you said, we now have a better understanding of the fact that we are the builders and determinants of how our destinies turn out. We don't blame anyone for who we eventually become. Just like you, I am happy, very happy at where I am right now but I know I am still a work in progress and being far from perfection doesn't mean I am growing to be perfect. I think I am just trying to be better than myself everytime. Thanks for sharing this.
