Aww so these spring rolls are called lumpia. Love learning about knew foods.They look so tasty and very simple to make.I do not know why you psyched yourself out, see wasn't as difficult as you made it out to be.lol

I use the similar spring roll sheets.You are right the smaller the better as it is way more crunchy and do not easily pierce.I used the same sheets for samosa recipe with tuna posted it a while ago.
