Philosophy of unhappiness

Problem; not to be happy, not to be unhappy. When we begin to understand the truth that we live with illusion, we begin to realize better what our source of unhappiness is. I guess it's more unhappy than the people who always try to be happy and try to act like they are every moment. Grab the moment, bust, freeze and share. Shutter lives that continue until the photographed place of a fake laughter is photographed by another fake ... I think that we first need to know what happiness is in order to identify this problem. In doing so, you also want to draw a little bit of happiness from the definitions of a few disciplines.

When we are injured by the possibilities of neuropsychiatry to explain happiness, we make the following statement: The hormone of happiness is a hormone that helps the serotonin to make the communication between the cells more healthy and to regulate the sleeping, appetite, learning, memory, behaviors and mood of the people. Although the serotonin hormone is released from the brain, it is not produced only in this part of the human body. This was explained to an internal medicine specialist that a sourdough may perhaps be blessed in the stomach and intestines and that the person is directly related to the digestive system. The most basic problem of depression and anxiety is the lack of serotonin which causes a constantly unhealthy mood; on the contrary, a psychologist can be described as a happy child, a self-realizing adult. While a gourmet can express a blissful taste for his taste, he can later taste gourmet happiness with his newly worn shoe. In short, the definition of happiness can be money for miser, fun for simli, beauty for me. It is a fact that everybody deserves to be happy without such an understanding, and the whole purpose life is literally living and spreading for a longer time.

If it is so important to look at the opposite of unhappiness after happiness, the general conclusion can be listed as boring work, inadequate financial resources, inability to address basic needs and in achieving the necessary satisfaction in relationships, and many more. That's exactly what I want to talk about ... Unhappiness!

Do you ever ask why the person on your side is so happy? Or what else would be so happy? Stop asking the same questions: Why are you so unhappy? What's so unhappy about that? I'm sure it makes more sense. Although the pattern of questions is the same, the words happy and unhappy in the census cause these questions to become more understandable or absurd ...

The concept of happiness is a condition that allows you to be noticed by everyone. But the state of unhappiness is based on trying to make everyone aware of you. More precisely, your mood or the serotonin that you are unable to produce enough in your body, your people around you are asking "what's up?" No matter how much you try to feel, you are unhappy that you are noticed by others.

Despite the feeling that misery is so perceived by the people in our circle, we prefer to hide our misery. As I mentioned at the beginning of the article, can not we manage to be really unhappy? Or are we making ourselves a heavenly happiness paradise? Playing a constant happiness game does not make our own entity size smaller like cows that have been throttled in the narrow arena and never moved so that the flesh is softer?

The decisions we make about our lives, the moments we live in, and the feelings we feel for them can cause us to feel awful as to why we are so happy. If the feeling you are experiencing leads to a sense of pleasure, you are immediately noticed by your own self. But do not be afraid and panic if the mood you are in is causing an irregular deviation and a feeling that will make you feel bad. Let unhappiness redefine you.

Give your happiness as unhappy as you are. Because unhappiness is the essential thing that one must realize in itself. Those who can describe misery are actually happy to be happy.
