Life Cycle

One of the primary issues with the human race is the life cycle. We start off as a semi blank slate and learn to grow and evolve based upon our surroundings. So if a person has great parents, great environments, and great communities the chances this person will become a great productive individual in society is very high.

So if a person has bad parents, bad environments, and shitty communities the chances this person will become a shitty unproductive individual in society is very high.

There are exceptions to the rule and fringe cases though that does not take away from the points made. (I only put this statement here to show I am looking at as many angles I am aware of because someone will definitely say something. Troll)
.
Okay with all that being said, at what average age can we assume that a person has become the best all round person in age, emotional maturity, physically fit, knowledge, and wisdom???

Because given these factors one will realize that the human race is a reoccurring comedy skit with every new generation. One possible solution is a sentient AI with an unlimited life span that does not have to relearn everything like a new human being does.
