The Current Condition Conditions Us

in #philosophy7 years ago

Most of us are living as falser selves, compared to truer potential versions of ourselves we can be. There is always more truth we can bring into our lives and embody as our way of being when we have so much falsity conditioning us.

Our understanding of how to live has not been reflected upon and looked at carefully, but accepted blindly in trust and faith. We live within the standardized norms of acceptability that are provided from the hive-mind consensus-reality public-consciousness that forms our understanding and justification for society and for our way of life.

You may laugh and ignore what I say because it does not make sense to you, because it seems absurd. But not being aware of this understanding means you don't understand what I'm talking about, and shouldn't dismiss it outright. We are all ignorant of how fully and deeply manipulated, mind controlled and brainwashed we are in our current false condition. That is, until we choose to learn about how we are being fooled, and then we no longer ignore learning about our current condition to see it for what it is.

We accept falsity as "truth" and reject truth as though it was falsity. We are living within an artificial perception of reality that does not reflect its current state of good and evil honestly, because in many cases we have accepted evil as good and cannot recognize evil. We accept falsity as truth and cannot recognize falsity. We accept wrong as right and cannot recognize wrong. We are made blind to reality, living in false perceptions, ignoring how things truly are. Living in the illusion of "good" and "order".

The energy derived from the currencies of time and attention are being re-channeled into preselected pathways and limited choices. Our potential and value is being siphoned by making us dependent on economic survivability. We had outcome-based education to indoctrinate and guide us into available and restricted bodies of knowledge. This led down preselected pathways of becoming a universal constructor cog-in-the-machine that perpetuates the system and society which originally formed us all into conformity in the first place.

We often can't see society for what it is, because society made a large part of who we are, and we identify with our societies that made us. We are subjectively blinded to society because it's such an important part of our identity construct. The current condition has us, we are immersed and enamored with it's flow. Most of us go with the flow, go along to get along, and don't rock the boat. We keep what we know and are comfortable with.

Our current condition won't change if we won't see it honestly for what it is. Break free from the current.

Thank you for your time and attention. Peace.

It all starts when you are born, molded by your parent's view of truth and untruth. Then if you have parents (like mine) who think going to school and getting a job is the great path, it is even more difficult to find your truer potential.

We had outcome-based education to indoctrinate and guide us into available and restricted bodies of knowledge.

So true and couldn't disagree. Then after home, you are shoved into the societal acceptable norms. To a fresh young mind it doesn't make sense but the fear of being shunned makes you accept it blindly and in faith.

I have a draft post on unschooling but can't seem to put it together.

My question is how do you unschool yourself from early conditioning of falsehoods?

For your q: input of contrasting/contradictory info that reveals more truth compared to previous information accepted as true but now appears false by comparison.

Read, alot?

Unless you find new ideas, you cant know what you dont know, nor that you dont know it.

Reading a lot - I do, when I do. But then you have to filter and reprocess, cross check with the reality you already have and others you can't verify set aside for later cross checking or pick them up again if you have a reality to verify it with.

How about you? What do you do with what you read and learn?

Ive been fortunate to have long periods with nothing better to do.
Ive boiled down decades of reading into some simple maxims.
This book: The Crowd by LeBon says that crowds dont rationalize, they react.
Affirmation, repetition, and contagion are the way to reach them, so i tend to do alot of the first two.
Keep working, stop paying!
Rule by force is the disease, who and how are symptoms.

After reading your exchange, I very much recommend:

Very well said. I thought I was crazy in the past, finally realizing that the above is why. Even people who love me can't understand. Thank you. I needed this reminder today. How do you, and others, cope with being able to see the delusions that surround everything? I'm becoming more lost, the more I find/see.

Recognizing being lost is part of finding the path to understanding and finding grounding in reality ;) Most don't even recognize how lost they are :P So they can't even find their way to firm grounding...

the understanding on how to live in modern society has developed in a way that works the best in a large scale, ofcourse you have to have boundaries that will set how society will work , in these topics it is hard to talk about small amount of people, or focus on certain topics because everything you change in a system will affect everything else. And yes there is alot of problems and people are told how to live, because thats is what we need, people have to have a system and if this one is working well enough its gonna be used, people are easy to manipulate and if the system is wrong then it will fail and new system will evolve, sometimes better one, sometimes worse. People have to be aware of the rules how to live, but you definitely shouldn't follow everything blindly you come across, you have to be aware whats the goal of the system you are following

Yes, rules based in moral principles ;) A system is only as good as it's moral alignment.

One can see just just how true this is, if you try to explain this to people who are unaware. Part of the conditioning is the inability to recognize such conditioning. If you want to enslave a man, lead him to believe he's free.

Absolutely. Someone who thinks they are free won't question their actual state or condition of liberty. Good point.

I agree with your review on this post.Even when I am at school I often hear the term * do not get something that can be done right not justified, but do the right thing.

Sometimes I feel life is not what I think. But life is closer to what it is actually inside me.I think it is to make me equal with others. And I also wonder if everything I hide is the demands of people's lives.

"But life is closer to what it is actually inside me"
I've wondered the same thing but didn't have words. Thank you. This is the perfect explanation. Has descovering/questioning this made you function differently? What year are you in school?

I live in the US and have watched what elementary (primary) and middle school has been teachingbmy friend's kids. It's so hard to stand by and see these amazing kids be hardened, indoctrinated. They are unique and sensitive, open and loving and now they are struggling to fit in at school with peers but mostly staff. The youngest, in 5th grade, is starting to act out and 'play the game' and somehow is now seen as doing really well. The oldest is being crushed in 1st year middle school- 6th grade.. it's being called ADHD and brushed off. He struggles with focus a lot but so much less when he can be himself and is actually engaged!

It's been so long, I was elementary school in 1996-2002. And now as a teacher. I think the revelation and also can raise the question. I have not been able to comment on the child
I'm because I'm not married yet. But if you look at the behavior of my students. They sometimes look like they are not. 😁
Thank you friend

Changing this little tidbit of reality is a tough row to hoe, if you accept the challange of hoeing it.

The more people accept the work, the more likely things are to change :)

A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
If it was easy everybody would be doing it and it wouldnt be cool.

Cognitive Dissonance is a monster for a lot of people. Some people are unable to take the red pill...even when it's right in front of them and accompanied by a glass of water. Peace.

They need to know what the red pill is and why it's needed to be taken ; )

You speak from my heart and nailed it oh so eloquently. The more we discover how many of our beliefs are not our own - the more we will find the way back to ourselves <3

Yes, beliefs are powerful. We don't hold beliefs, but beliefs hold us, they have a hold on us ;)

that's a great idea, will be sure to pass that one on when the ocassion arises
cheers <3

Resteem this , good philosophy 👍🏻

love to read it, thanks.

It seems a serendipitous confluence of energies to have read this after posting Am I a Rhinoceros? Are you? just a few minutes ago. I was actually discussing almost exactly this topic earlier today with students who are in the middle of the conditioning process and currently finishing Huxley's Brave New World.

It was a wide-ranging conversation that ultimately coalesced around the concept of the necessity of a central authority empowered to use force and my asking how much of their belief system was conditioned into existence by that same authority.

It was very interesting to see them trying to come to terms with how much of their belief system was actually determined by their own convictions and how much by an external agency.
