The moment I miss the most is crabbing/fishing with my Dad. The quiet, the sound of just the waves tapping against the boat and no one bothering me. We would play games, who caught the biggest fish, who caught the first, the last, etc.

I would go back and experience those moments with my Dad again and moments from each one of my kids childhoods :)
