How do you let go of everything that means something to you?
When we are faced with death, we cant let go of what we have become and what we have achieved. no matter what we do, we fear death but what if there was a way to find peace in dying?
When you realise that time is just an illusion and that everything exists, all at the same time, we can find the peace to let go.
Our consciousness just rides on the electrons in our brain that creates our reality and you will see we are never died or became to be. We exist in an infinite existence.
But it's down to you to get to this realisation. You can start here or put your beliefs elsewhere. Whatever you choose, I can help if you want it...
How do you let go? Well, I guess like most other things:
Practice makes perfect.

For me, letting go got easier the more I practiced acceptance by shifting moral judgement to value judgement. For example:
Moral judgement: "Jim is boring."
Value judgement: "I don't get my need (value) for mental stimulation met when i hang out with Jim."
Focus on other things, if you think about something you can not just stop thinking about it. But what you can do is focus on other stuff ^^
Thanks for great post ;D
