Those of us who have particular trouble with a specific challenge in life stand to gain the most from overcoming it. This rule clearly applies to exercise, bu all practices can apply this idea. We all have distinct strengths and weaknesses and the actions that seem the most difficult for us will do the most good when perfected, because these changes strengthen our foundation. We come with disparate attributes and levels of condition. To be feasible, any approach to improve must firstly be realistic. Such an approach will generate the most lasting effects.
