The naming of aggregate preferences engenders a medium of exchange

better to walk path gets cobblestones

Polarisation involves emotion as movement between polarities along a medium of exchange

all paths, roads, tracts and houses consist of beginnings, endings and destinations
this provides a basis for frequency

Frequency of polarisation forms a medium from the median created by attention and interest

choosing one path over another more frequently leads to cobblestones
this process is what it means to engender

Mental polarities are points of interest that accrue through this process of engenderment

good to walk path merges with better to walk path
engenderment fuels legitimacy
better to walk path becomes a road

The more attention you pay to something the more interest it accrues

better to walk road fuels its destination with population
this creates houses that begin upon the point of arrival and end at the point of departure

A new point of departure emerges, because within the exchange of attention and interest, new median preferences arise

here is a new destination
here is a new place to walk

These median preferences form new aggregates that await further collectivisation

here is where it is good to walk
