The mind is an emergent property of a sufficently complex network...the brain. The mind is NOT the brain but emerges FROM the brain. The mind is the instantiation of a program that is running. The program receives inputs from sensors (eyes, ears, taste, touch, balance etc) which are converted into nerve impulses.

HollyWeird already makes great use of 'blue screen's and Computer Generated Graphics. What's to stop the same thing being done and turned into nerve signals for the brain?

Why would it be impossible to photoshop the brain?
