I believe the customs which differ from place to place and pertains to a particular region is for the purpose of controlling the wayward nature of man.there are lots of taboo in my region here and after making a lot of findings, I discovered that all this taboos were out in place just to make man remain himself and not turn to an animal with bad behavior
