Sometimes, when we over-plan to do something there is nothing there that should actually block your path AND you didn't take damage when you hit it but we assume and built the walls around us which in the end impact us negatively or lead to failure. Your mind is the greatest asset of yours. You can break many records or create many walls around you with the help of your mind.
