Good morning to the good ole blokes of Steemit, to the young ones as well, a wonderful morning at that if i may say so, and again there is nothing that is much nicer to talk about in the morning but on how one can obtain and achieve good health in the hustle and bustle of urban living. With time not much in our favor due to all the things that is needed to be done in a single day alone, we tend to set aside our health, we're not getting any younger whether you admit it or not, when a person grows old at least, why not think about growing old gracefully and healthy. As i was saying, why not stick it out with the basics, like in exercise, "Calisthenics" would be the best suggestion, not only that it is a way of improving health but it is also very simple to do like running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. Takes very little effort and you don't even have to go to the gym or find any type of establishment in order to do it. All one needs is just to find the time, just a little bit of time management if i may say so and move the activity to the top of your priorities. And one of the good thing about Calisthenics aside from low-impact, one can always do this at his or her own pace.
Let me just share a bit of my story, i used to be a 3 pack cigarette smoker a day for 14 long years and i was never proud about it at all, suddenly one day i just simply ask myself a question....is this how i wanted to carry on in life and continue to be a prisoner this said habit, right there and then i came up with the answer to my question, i came up with a decision to go on cold turkey and ever since, which was 12 years ago, i never puffed on a single stick of cigarette. For me, self improvement is a journey and again it boils down to "discipline", "discipline", "discipline".
