New MechanicsI will now be picking 3 top posts from the Top 20, that is my solution to the problem that I have faced the past couple of editions. So I will explain what will be done now:

Last time I read all of the posts from the previous top 20 and then picked one of the posts as my top pick from the top 20. After reading it all I have picked @eastmael 's post Laying The Foundation - How Do You Achieve Your Steemian Goals?
I have picked the post because, it is a really great article. The post discusses about systems, he certainly laid the foundation with the post. In the post I realized a lot of things, that having or making a system is really advantageous and it made me want to create my own too. I realized my time management is really not managed right, by creating a system like in the post I could be more efficient.
