Are you on pc or smartphone.
I'm on smartphone
You login dtube with similar steemit details the video you post on dtube will automatically get linked with your steemit profile ....
You post it there .....
It will get uploaded in a shorter period of time ...
Upload a snap kind of thumbnail for your video...
And upload it
Then back on you edit it and add the description ......
There you go.....
You first log in there
And then click the upload button...
Click on upload and there you go
