It's not an easy way to get there from bumpy ride to 31 km. muddy trek of uneven surface, lo and behold this is the place that will surprise you. I'm not encouraging everyone to visit this place if you have a faint heart because this place is one heck of an adventure. Just enjoy your journey in getting there because for me it's worth a visit.
HOW TO GET THERE:
-From Butuan City Ride a Bus or Van to Bayugan City Bus Terminal
-From Bayugan City Bus Terminal go to San Juan Terminal for habal habal it's a walking distance from the main terminal (Bayugan Bus Terminal)
-From San Juan Terminal ride a habal habal going to Brgy. New Tubigon then tell the driver to drop you off New Tubigon Brgy. Hall, log book for your safety ask for a guide going to Pinandagatan Falls (locals are so hospitable infact they offer us a place to sleep just incase it's late for us to go back to Bayugan)
-From Brgy. New Tubigon a 31 kilometres trek with muddy terrain of about 35-45 mins walk (make sure you have a local guide and bring a lot of water)
-Enjoy and Respect the place don't litter, LEAVE NO TRACE, take your garbage with you let the place stay as natural as it is.
EXPENSES:
-Van or Bus from Butuan to Bayugan (50 pesos)
-Habal Habal from San Juan Terminal at Bayugan (120 pesos)
-Guide Fee (100 pesos)
ANOTHER THING:
-Before you reach the round about (Rotonda of Bayugan) there's a Flying V gasoline station that's the way to Brgy. New Tubigon
-From Brgy. San Juan to Brgy. New Tubigon is not passable by Cars
-From Brgy. San Juan ask the locals where is the juncture to Brgy. New Tubigon you might pass that small road
