JOB SEEKERS ADVICE

in #philippines7 years ago

Happy Monday to all my fellow Steemians and advance PIT SENYOR to all of you!
Our topic for today is all about those JOB SEEKERS out there whose seeking for a JOB or they will have their JOB INTERVIEW.
These blog might help you.

MY ADVICE TO JOB SEEKERS

Would you be hurt if your mother said your were worthless?
Would you be upset if your sister had no faith in you?

How about if your father thought your were not worth his time?
Sure you would!

So, let’s analyze this a bit.
Why would you be upset?

You would be hurt because these people are close to you and know the real you.
They know all of your wonderful qualities and would still be saying those things.

Been rejected by a recruiter followed by no feedback? Silence?
Went through several interviews to be overlooked in the end?

Have you spent hours upon hours trying to secure an employment opportunity that has yielded nothing but stress, silence, depression and fear?

Remember.

When you are rejected by a recruiter or a hiring manager.
They do not know your inner attributes. The beautiful, talented person you are.

Do not let the words or actions of people effect the way you view yourself.
Never second guess your value. Your self worth.

If you are facing rejection.
Face it with courage, logic, and strategy.

The people who are rejecting you don’t really know you.
They have seen your resume and spent a few hours with you.

They have maybe 0.0001 % of who you are.
Don’t take it personal. Ever.

exactly! They just know our names not of who really we are. And if we encounter like this, we must always be prepared for rejection. Coz. Thru rejection can be a stepping stone so that we can step higher than yesterday. And are already know the tactics on what and how we should face the next time we have an interview. Thanks for the thoughts..

followed! Hope you'd followed back. @theseusej

thank you so much for your comment and i followed you too.
yes! you are absolutely right! everytime we step in the interview room be ready of whats going to happen next.
acceptance is the most important key.
as long as you know that you did your best! but they could not see the inner you, its not your loss it their loss.
thanks my friend.
