RE: New drug rehabilitation centre in the Philippines...a new DAWN.

in #philippines8 years ago (edited)

A better option is for private organizations to undertake the task of rehab provision (for those who truly want it) while government gets out of the way altogether. (No government?) Voluntaryism is key. Governmental coercion and the drug war are both a bigger problem than drug addiction ever will be.

Unlike what you believe, the 16million who have voted for President Duterte like what he is doing for the country .I would have voted for him to if I could.Never have the Philippines seen this way of govt ..uncorrupted like the past politicians.I cant say its all of them but a lot of them are.If it'll continue?I hope so.Never have we seen a govt elect official who is doing what he promised he would and more.We are liking what we are seeing.I hope he wont take the same huge loan from China like the US'trillion debt.

I take comfort in the fact that many Filipinos I know denounce Duterte - for example, my buddies over at Filipino Libertarians (FB). They aren't the only ones. :-)
