My Adobo with a twist

Adobo is one of the most favorite Filipino dishes. This dish is very complex that you can cook it in so many different ways.

The classic adobo ingredients are pork or chicken meat (can be combined), Soy Sauce, Vinegar, onion, garlic, and pepper.

As I said to my previous post, I want my dish to taste unique.

Here's how I prepare my Adobo dish.

The ingredients are as follow:

I replaced the vinegar with pineapple juice

This is combined pork and chicken

1st step: Saute ginger, onion and garlic wait until its shriveled.

2nd step. place the meat on top of the sauteed spices, sprinkle with pepper cover and wait until it simmer. (make sure to cook it on a very low fire, for the stock to come out)

3rd step.You'll know when it's ready once you saw the meat stock. Note I din't put any water, this is pure meat stock.

4th step. Add the soy sauce and Oyster sauce, saute and cover. Wait until the meat absorb the soy sauce

5th step. once the meat absorbed the soy sauce, add the eggs, Pineapple juice and pineapple tidbits. Cover and wait until the half of the sauce evaporates and became a bit thicker.

Finally, Its all done. The meal is served!
