ORIGAMI 101 - POLO SHIRT

in #philippines7 years ago

Today I will teach you how to make an origami POLO SHIRT. This is my past time in the office, to make different origami, but for now let's make a polo shirt. It's my first tutorial and hope my viewers can understand it and find it interesting too.

First, do you know what ORIGAMI IS ?

Origami -

from ori meaning "folding", and kami meaning "paper" (kami changes to gami due to rendaku)) is the art of paper folding, which is often associated with Japanese culture.

Above picture was made by my daughter when I brought her in my office

Here's the step by step tutorial of POLO SHIRT Origami :

1 Use a piece of paper with rectangular size.

I used here crosswise part of a yellow pad paper.

2 Fold it in half to make a center crease and fold the right and left edges up to the middle of the paper.

3 Fold a small or maybe 1 cm from the top edge of the paper.

4 Get the right and left corner and meet them up to the center. (This is the Collar )

5 Let's make the sleeves. Take the inner edge and fold it outward like in the picture.

6 Then fold the lower edge until it reaches the collar.

7 Put a design or draw an outline to have finished look.

You can use colored papers, printed paper or stickers to look your origami more attractive and cute.
