Discord is great for getting more connections and yes, if you promote your posts in Discord you can get upvotes and you will be guaranteed upvotes if you join the PAL network / Minnow Support project Discord on top of EastCoastSteem and use the #upvote bot channel which guarantees 1 post a day to be voted on per person. Pretty cool and I think I will join the East Coast Steem one since I’m initially from FL and will always have love for the East Coast 😄
