The traits between humans and animals are often the same, and if you consider an animal to be part of your family, then they should be on par with humans in terms of rights. Don't get me wrong, not the right to drive your car, or drink with the team at the local bar, but the right to live out their lives in peace. You've listed so many positive points around why one should keep a pet, so hopefully this article encourages others to offer love and a home to a pet of their own. Upvoted my friend.
