Ten years ago, I was engrossed in Hay Day, a simple farm simulation game that ignited a spark in me. The game was nothing more than a pastime, but little did I know it was planting a seed for something far greater.
Fast forward to New Year’s Eve 2025, I woke up at midnight, greeted by the gentle sounds of clucking hens and the occasional grunt of pigs. As I looked around, it hit me—I’m living my ten-year-old dream.
I traded digital cows and virtual wheat fields for the real thing. My days are now filled with the warmth of animal companionship and the satisfaction of nurturing life.
Merida and Apeng, my ever-reliable hens, continue their legacy of hatching healthy chicks. Then there’s Lin-ai, my newest addition.
She’s amazing—an adoptive mother to five chicks that didn’t hatch in her own nest, caring for them as if they were her own. Moments like these remind me why I love this life.
But life on the farm is never static. Yet, my heart swells with excitement for Regal, Maia, and Aria—the mixed-race piglets I bought last year. They bring so much energy and potential to the farm, and I’m eager to see what the future holds for them.
It’s not all easy. With unstable water and electricity, every success feels hard-earned. Cooking for the animals sometimes takes precedence over myself, but that’s just part of the life I’ve built.
As I stand here, surrounded by life, love, and the echoes of a dream that started with a game, I feel grateful. This journey may not be perfect, but it’s mine—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
If you would like to have an update on how I'm doing, I'm pretty much active here.

I'll try my best to write more but I can't promise since even my meals can be compromise for unforseen circumstances regarding my animals.
Thank you for reading this far.
