Great challenges ahead with the things you like to improve on. I had to deal with them as well, and maybe you can use some of what I've learned and done to actually improve on them.

Mobile Equipment
Although I'm not an Apple fan due to their closed environment, I love my MacBook! It is more stable than all the Windows systems I had before.

Smartphone: Also here I have Apple, not by choices, but once having it, the UI is somewhat better than Android. But then again, Android is getting better. The flagship Samsung has a great camera (better than iPhone). If you do not want to pay all the premium, you may like to look into Wileyfox, they have some very affordable phones with pretty ok hardware. If you look to help make the world a better place, look into the Fairphone 2. This is a modular phone where you can replace components yourself, and order also these components. The intention of Fairphone 2 is that when eg a better camera comes on the market, you can upgrade the phone with just the new camera.

Exercises
I tried everything, from sport places, to tennis (must do since it is a teamsport) to running since this seemingly cost the least amount time when starting the run at your doorsteps. Everything stopped quite quickly again. So, I got myself a rowing machine that sits in my house and look at it every day. With ups and downs I regularly sit on it and do my exercise. Still I do it in the afternoon or evening, but I want it to make my habit to start in the morning, immediately after waking up. Apparently that is a good way to start your day + your metabolism is kicked so any food you take will be digested much better. I know for sure, when I start doing this in the morning, and I know I will feel great after the exercises, I will continue with it. Rowing is one of the best exercises you can do BTW, most muscle groups are used. Ok, swimming is even better, but that cost more time since I do not have a swimming pool around the corner.

Online versus Offline
I was always connected to the Internet, like you. Since I've started with Steemit, I even spend way more time online. Need to reduce that as well. I'm seeking less the offline social contact. Need to improve on that as well. So, what do I do here! I make sure I go out of my house everyday (I work at home, so that doesn't really help to keep connected with the offline world). I say YES to almost all invitations I get from friends; Once I say YES, then I do it. A couple of times a week, I make some appointments with my friends as well, once fixed, I show up. No sound is on on my mobile and switched of many of the notifications. I already learned not to jump up and check my mobile when I hear a sound. Took me a couple of years though. I dont have my email client open te whole day, I actually open it a couple times a day; I answer the emails, write those I need to write and close it again. Another tip is to go off grid. I always took my laptop and mobile with my an vacations, and every day I was working, a little bit but still working. So, years ago I went to the South Pole; 12 day trip without mobile network coverage. After returning to Argentina, I travelled for another 3 weeks, but rarely had the urge to switch on my mobile, so I didnt. When things get to much with me 'playing' with my phone while not at home, I think back to that month of vacation and the freedom I felt not having the urge to go online.

I hope I gave you some inspiration to help you master your challenges.

NJOY the place your are offline at the moment! A great way to start not bringing your phone with you outside your room.

Looks like you're quite the Apple user! Personally I think i'd stop using macbooks because I've experienced 2 damaged chargers, and this time around I couldn't tell if it's the laptop or charger since there's no Apple store around here for me to try out..

Fairphone 2. This is a modular phone where you can replace components yourself

Wow I didn't know modular phones are a thing now, I thought it's still under R&D!

Still I do it in the afternoon or evening, but I want it to make my habit to start in the morning, immediately after waking up

I guess that's the best eh? I'm so not used to working out in the morning at all, I usually just laze around the bed. I think you're right about kickstarting metabolism early in the day though. Hmm alright, committing to morning workouts!

Online versus Offline

Kinda difficult if I want to stay on top of curation with Steemit and staying in touch with current events that are relevant to me. Need a smart way to have an effective feed and not spend too much time reading through all kinds of information, although that may cause some potentially important stuff to slip by. But maybe it's time to stop trying to try to know everything on time.. well still not easy, this part.

I really appreciate the comprehensive reply @edje - thank you!

Modular Phone: Google tried to get to a modulair phone, but some year or so ago they abandoned the project. As far as I know, Fairphone is the only supplier who creates these type of modular phones. They also make deals with eg gold mines to prevent child labour and so on. The Chinese factories they us they do not allow the personal to work to many overtime hours. Ie they try to make the world a little bit better. Great goals they have and execute upon, at least that is my honest opinion :)

Online/Steemit: Knowing everything will cause an overload, especially now a lot more authors and posts are working with and entering the system. I recently discovered a curation tool that is under further development and the developer is open for suggestions. That maybe something for you? i like to see posts filtering based on keywords, no idea if this guy want to do it. If you like, check my feed, I just posted on it.

Your Challenges I wish you great success with picking up the challenges; My advise, one at the time since otherwise it'll be extremely difficult to keep on going and it becomes pretty easy to just forget about all of them. I speak from own experiences, many of them :)

First of f all, this is catchy. Nicely done!
" What's within control is only with the self, and so I've adopted "The New World Blogger" as a simple wordplay for the popular term "The New World Order".

As for you other questions I offer some tips, but I am not a know it all on all your questions, so this will have to do ;)

A. For a laptop that is portable and has all the power you need this is actually a great one. HP Spectre 13-w025nd x360. You can us it as a laptop and as a tablet too. It is only 1.4kg so easy take along.

As a mobile phone I use a Samsung s6 galaxy edge+ and after years of Iphones I am in love with Samsung. The newest S8 is great. But... maybe Xiaomi and Huawei offer better ones on price vs quality. You should check this out.

Instead of a large DSLR you could check for smaller system camera's which have many similar options. I own a Olympus OMD Em10 with several lenses, but on the go I like to have the zoom pancakelens on it which is only 2cm thick, but is able to zoom. This is an easy point and shoot setup.

B. Tired and blooted.. Lets shake hands! I know the feeling!
Things I do to keep a certain pattern is always keep a large bottle of fresh water with me so I am sure I'll drink enough and stay away from soda's. Also keep a bag of nuts or something close. These fill you up pretty quick and are way better then other snacks.

For working out you got try HIT training, which stands for High Interval. You do several work outs in high tempo, so your metabolism gets a boost. Worth looking in too.

Also try mindfullness. It sounds dorky, but it is very helpful to clear your mind and lower your stresslevel. It can even be done in 4 minutes or so if you don't have a lot of time. Check out youtube for guidance.

C. No suggestions here. Could use some myself...

Good Luck! Enjoy the rest of your holiday.

Cheers, @GoCoconuts

HP Spectre 13-w025nd x360. You can us it as a laptop and as a tablet too. It is only 1.4kg so easy take along.

That's pretty cool, already in shopping cart as an option.. along with the camera suggestion

I used to do HIT but don't have much discipline for it since its quite a boring workout and feels like forever lol.. sometimes it's just an excuse eh?

Great! Let me know what you eventually end up buying @kevinwong

Discipline is the father of Accomplishment, without his father Accomplishment has a chance to reach his goals in life but he has to have a mother called Fortunate... just made this up, but sounds pretty Dr. Phil'ish doesn't it? 😂

Great post, Kevin, Etherpunk (!)

You are making progress by laying out the plan of what you want to do. Good for you.

I work with my clients in coaching talking about doing 3 specific tasks each day which I call SEM: Study, Exercise, Meditation. It is most helpful to have procedures and systems that you use and help guide you.

In addition to that it is very beneficial to have the motivation to keep you going. Often people get fired up to accomplish something often at a rally or big meeting only to see that enthusiasm fizzle out back in the real world. Having periodic meetings with a coach can help on that. Also reading the right kinds of material can help. Some select YouTube videos can assist as well.

You are a smart guy. You are going to make it. I applaud your efforts and what you've done thus far. Let's talk more offline.

All the best to you!

Often people get fired up to accomplish something often at a rally or big meeting only to see that enthusiasm fizzle out back in the real world.

All too true! Definitely gonna take into consideration periodic meetings with a coach, or someone who could keep me on track. Thanks for the input - appreciate it!

Hello, Mr. Kevin!

This is a cool post, and I like seeing the detailed answers the Steemians have already shared with you. Great to see you strive for self-improvement and share it on the blockchain for inspiration & accountability.

I'll weigh in on my area of experience regarding health: 1-2 hours of ashtanga or bikram yoga a day and you will lose weight, upgrade cardio, build muscle, increase flexibility, sharpen your mind, improve your energy, sleep better, destress, and be happier. It will also expand you in ways you might not imagine right now--it really is a whole new world. Talk about empowering the individual!! :) I'll do it with you if you want a yoga buddy!

Rock on, Etherpunk!

For a while i had REALLY bad problems with acne, and I started to realize i was putting on some weight as well. it got to the point where i was basically staying inside all day not wanting to go out because of it

One of the things that I learned how to do, and its actually a bit insane how easy it was. A friend told me to start drinking a lot of water, i essentially cut out ALL forms of sugar as much as i could...that means, no soda, and no juice, no sweets or any type of pastry

this caused my acne to disappear in a matter of days and my weight got back to where it was before as well. I know a lot of people are to...keen on exercising all the time, so actually just started going for long walks, usually around an hour or two per day, this also managed to keep me healthy because not only was i not eating sugary foods but i was also speed walking which helped with my cardio a bit

I grew up in NYC where you were able to get triple cheeseburgers for a dollar on certain promotion days, SO, that was all that i ate for a long time, it was either mcdonalds or i would get free stuff from starbucks after they closed from friends who worked there

I started to incorporate vegetables into my diet and even made sure that i was having tons of lean protein....fish, salmon, chicken breast, etc, and it worked like a charm

what REALLY works, and what ive stuck with the most is carrying around a banana and an apple and a bottle of water with me wherever i go, we all have those moments where we get REALLY hungry outside, and the banana and apple provide the "sugar" that my body wants, while also letting me know that im not just eating some trash from a near by store, usually when we get thirst we reach for a soda or juice, but with the bottle of water in my bag, i have no excuse not to drink my recommended amount each day

I wish you the best and I hope you reach your goals!

Fortunately i dont have any acne probs despite not using any face soap and stuff. I read this happens to some due to lack of sleep? Carbs and sugar are definitely a staple where I'm from and it's not that easy to get out of unless I prepare on my own. I eat plenty of veggies too, but I guess my metabolism is just plain lower than average which sucks so I do easily gain some pounds just by sitting more often. Thanks for writing in, gonna consider just eating more unprocessed food then :)

  • set a goal
  • set a reward

if you reach the goal reap the reward. This is what works best for me, keeps me moving, and reflecting.

What kind of reward though?? xD

Rewards are guilty pleasures...(ice cream, high octane liquids, extra 10% budget expense)

You can choose your own guilty pleasures Kev! :)

Great read @kevinwong !! Interesting stuff

As for my recommendations:

I would recommend a macbook pro 13. Not super lightweight but effective, powerful and with a long lasting battery

For a small, yet amazing camera. The Sony Alpha ones are really good bang for your buck. You can change its lenses, manual/automatic. Really good for its size and price.

()

And if you are looking for a cheap but good cellphone, look no further.
Moto G3 3rd generation is great. Great camera, good battery, water splash resistant and cheap as chips. (android)

()

For losing weight, thats a tough one. Since everyone enjoy/dislike different kind of workouts. When I was living in NZ I did a workout training called "Insanity". A friend had the DVD and we would gather at my place and play it on the PS4. Lots of squats and stuff like that. It was really tough.

To eat healthy, I would recommend to stay hydrated, lots of fruits/shakes/smoothies/juices. Reduce the consumption of flour/breads. Eat some raw vegetables and lots of soups.

So... thats about it from me. Enjoy Greece and have fun @kevinwong!

Looks like I've got a good number of hardware to check out over the weekend - thanks for the recommendations! Probably the hardest part will be food, especially if eating out with others.. matter of convenience and all.

2 becoming healthy and lean-
Most diets work if you stick to them so just pick one that you like, one that has balance as far as the various food groups. Don't be discouraged if you slip up but just get right back on the diet. Just as with dieting any form of exercise is good as long as you stick to it. Pick something that works for you, morning walks, running, biking, calisthenics. Try mixing it up doing different exercises on different days. Working out is boring so plug in those earphones and jam it up with music or if your social with other people. Here's the most important part, you have to do both diet and exercise. Doing just one of the other isn't effective. Here's the part you don't want to hear, a good night sleep is very beneficial to weight loss, especially as you start to get older and your metabolism is slowing down. This all sounds very cliche but good health is a lifestyle.

@kevinwong have a good time being disconnected. we need it once in awhile. BTW DUDE ... you need an avatar upgrade ! lol ... cheers buddy here's one for ya

VerY CooL !! - ))
.. a BaD ASS reply !! - ))
ha ha )))

First and foremost you have to develop a plan that you feel you will be able to stick with, in terms of time working out , or time spent on/away from the computer. You want to avoid pushing yourself too hard right away and risk failing at it and then ultimately giving up. I know this sounds stupid (I can do anything I put my mind to), but making lifestyle changes takes time and in my opinion it's much easier and more effective over the long term to slowly add in new and more healthy lifestyle habits. You're not going on a diet, your changing your life. Sounds like you have your mind in the right place, just write a good plan and do your best to stick to it. If you fall off, the the f*** back on. Best of luck! You will have to post about your progress in later months to come.

Hi Kevin, I am a yoga teacher and healthy living freak. You can check my blog it has lots of diet hacks to improve health significantly through simple, cheap and small interventions. I am personally mostly vegan (not exclusively) but am aware that lifestyle demands quite a bit of dedication. However just replacing part of animal protein with plant protein can give you a range of benefits. As for exercise I propose three days a week some dynamic yoga routine (Ashtanga yoga is what works the best for me), other two days of some highly efficient high-intensity exercises (15-20 min are sufficient) plus some old school strength building (pushups, pullups, situps) no more than 10 minutes required. Two days a week rest. Also include some breathing exercise (I plan to write more on that subject) every day. My advice to everyone is do not underestimate the importance of flexibility and breath in keeping your body fit and healthy. Also meditation is just about the best thing you can do for your mind.

Regarding the Mobile Phone the ones that look decent and have great battery life combined with a relatively low price are:
Huawei Mate 9
Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom
Samsung Galaxy A7
For a laptop, if you are looking for something that will get the job done and is relatively powerful, I'll go for a:
HP Stream or Dell Latitude

I've made a post about fitness and if you should take dietary supplements or not as well as diets you can use if you want to check it out:http://bit.ly/2spzxhF

I agree that it would be a good idea to get some screen off time and go to places that you have wanted to go to for a while. It may be a country, a specific friends house or a restaurant.

I wish you the best of luck with all your goals!

If you want some very interesting, very doable ideas on improving your eating habits, this conversation between Dr. Rhonda Patrick and Joe Rogan blew my mind:

Rhonda Patrick is incredible. She'd a PhD in biological science, and takes no money from big pharma // sells no products, is heavily involved in cutting-edge research and does the podcast circuit regularly.

A few key takeaways:

Time-Restricted Eating: If you limit your eating to a 9-10 hour window (nine is better) at least 5 days per week, there are huge benefits. Your liver takes about 12 hours to process all the stuff you eat / drink, so having a 14-15 hour "fasting" window between each day's meals gives your body time to clear out the extra junk in your fat cells / organs / etc. I've been on this for two weeks and feel AMAZING.

Sulfuraphanes (spelling?): Contained mostly in broccoli sprouts (100x more than in mature broccoli), which you can grow yourself in four days in a mason jar. Consuming a decent amount of these once per day has big benefits in neurological health specifically.

I'm also a big fan of the "Slow Carb" diet, popularized by Tim Ferriss - while Tim is a love/hate kinda guy, some people can't stand him, this diet is how I eat six days a week now and I feel the best I've ever felt. You basically cut out all the bad carbs and sugars in your diet, and then one day a week you can eat whatever you want. If you want an all-encompassing solution, this changed everything for me personally with regards to diet.

--

p.s. Etherpunk is an awesome term. I might start tagging some of my music with it... "Vaporwave" doesn't quite fit it, "etherpunk" might be just the right vibe, especially since the goal is to become a music collective with members all around the world.

Oh man I've tried Tim Ferriss's stuff before with no carbs, spinach, and lean meat. It works well, but it just takes quite some time to prepare and the taste sucks lol. Thanks for the video, gonna go through it after the trip :)

@kevinwong: I will suggest according to my point of view.

  1. Becoming a mobile agent: for me MAC is best one and highly recommended due to their stable OS of course. For phone you can have Lenovo K6 for camera go for GoPRO.

  2. Becoming healthy and lean: Drink a lot of water, when i say that atleast 30 glass, go for green vegetables., boiled stuff as well make sure you have enough protein.

  3. Becoming more effective in staying connected, but having more off my time and attention offline: Give atlest 5 mins per hour, set and alarm or a reminder per hour.

Hopefully these will help you, what you are working on ;)

Use trade mill daily for 15-30 mins. Try to burn 1000k every day. You will soon see some result.
Avoid cheese and eat sugar free and fat free foods. No junk food please. Drink plenty of water. In 1 month you will see the difference

Sounds simple enough! thank you :)

To each his own of course and if one gets good results then even more so. However I CANNOT condone non fat or reduced fat foods. FAT is not only essential but one of the BEST types of food to eat. Many vitamins and minerals REQUIRE fat to be properly absorbed AND utilized by the body. Also there are literally ESSENTIAL fatty acids the body NEEDS just like essential vitamins the body needs but does not make.
Also fat is not what makes someone FAT. I can eat whole sticks of butter and u know I'm not fat. Its actually about nutrition. Really I should write a whole article about this on Steemit, i already did for my book which I could just use here. But basically if you have proper nutrition ur not gonna get fat.
Also food alchemy is a big deal, meaning what foods you eat together sometimes has as much an affect on the "health" factor of food as the food it self.
Finally the type/quality of fat is a big deal. Meaning fat from an almond or goat milk yogurt for example would be a "healthy fat" (though with this u still have to factor in that health is "different for everyone" meaning what is healthy for one does not GUARINTEE it is healthy for another, this is why people who give health advise are often irresponsible in my mind.) so basically there are "healthy fats" and "unhealthy fats" and unhealthy fat is like hydrogenated oil, palm oil, soy oil, crisco, most oil in fried foods, etc etc. Fat from whole and fresh foods rather than processed foods are generally also "healthy fats" and processed foods are generally "unhealthy" fat. So there are a lot of factors not just in fats but in health in general. I am going to write you an even more in depth response on health as it is absolutely one of my specialties and I can tell it will actually be of benefit since u appear ready to be responsible. Its really quite easy when u figure it out.
Bless Brother~*~

Hey Kevin I could give personal suggestions for the tech you are looking for, I don't know about your budget but I currently have Honor 8 and the battery is amazing in this thing it lasts for 2 days with just browsing steemit and few crypto sites occasionally. Another not so known good minilaptop would be Xiaomi Air 13 Laptop, it's almost like macbook with all its properties but chinese version and xiaomi is very good brand. As it what comes to camera I don't have personal experience of those, I take all the pictures with phones camera as it's good enuff for me :) have a good day!

Health wise I find you in the same situation as me. What worked for me was reducing my portion size. I realized that I was eating a lot more than needed. Also less salt and more water, and cardio whenever possible. Stuff like taking the stairs and walking more helps.
For being connected I think just dedicating some time in the day should help.

As an employee of IT, I can give a modest recommendation for laptop:
HP, Elite-series (ultrabooks), lightweight and durable. Intel processor- core M (productive and is heated not so strongly). Сheap and easily repaired. The basic connectors for charging.

Personally i feel you are well on track with goal number 1.

As for 2, I think i can offer some advice but they're all generic ones you'll find on the internet. cut your sugar, eat less rice and bread, no processed stuff yada yada.

And number 3.... hmmm, please teach me that when you've found a system that works for you. I've been having problem with both engaging online and offline.

And yes, go out and enjoy (or in this case i hope you enjoyed). If you MUST take pics, get a DSLR in the future. they take great pics and wont buzz with notifications when you're out on the beach.

It's super difficult to eat out and have less sugar and rice where I'm usually at ;) lol

hmm i guess number 3 will be most difficult then. essentially just a giant fomo!

I totally understand the FOMO..

And yes, rice.. The ever present monster.

Cool.

If you can find it, download a book called 5BX Plan.
It is from the Canadian Airforce and it takes 11 minutes a day!
It is a super plan for exercising and losing weight.
Hope this helps!

Sounds cool, and never heard of this before. 11 minutes only? that's something lol

Macbook pro, Motorola phone, get a health watch that vibrates every hour. do 5 push ups everytime. Don't eat sugar or fried food. at all.

easy stuff. make it simple or else you are doomed to screw up.

Health watch that vibrates every hour? for?

Resteeming this to 8800+ followers. Maybe someone will have additional suggestions to help you out, Kevin. :)

Thanks @joanaltres :) appreciate it

Thank @joanaltres AGAIN since I got her Resteem...

Lol

@kevinwong if you like i can help you a lot with your fitness goal ! I am a certified IFFB coach ! you saw me at the Athens steemeet , i am spending also a lot of hours on crypto-space (aka in front of a screen) but im holding pretty good !

I don't do well with schedules, and boring workouts hahah am I doomed?

Find a beautiful flexible workout coach/trainer which hopefully takes crypto or is open to diversifying.

Its more likely one step at time! So you say "you don't do well with schedules" but on your post you are willing to spare 1-2 hours per day, that's type of schedule, don't you think ? ;) ! When you start see the results you want on your physic , you are going to be more dedicated to your goal.
Quick facts :
a)1-2 hours per day are too many hours to start with, dedication i like it !
b)Don't c/p a diet over the internet , everyone has different energy needs, lean mass , in order to figure out your weight loss calories, wrong amounts, can cause drawback (waste of your time) & even injuries !
c)Don't c/p a workout from the internet most of them including advanced exercises and the 90% people who doing them in their routines they do it wrong, our bodies (muscles & CNS) need some time to adaption.
d)spending a lot of hours sitting ? you need a freaking STRONG core to support you!
e) you don't buy your wedding suit just from a showcase right ? you have to go to the tailor afterwards , oh yeah ! and our body is for life !! 😎

need to send you somewhere a pdf , to pick your foods!

That's awesome that you self reflect and try to constantly improve yourself.

Something I try to work on, which you may already do well, is living within your means. If you want to be able to have the freedom to do what you want, you have to also be good at budgeting. A lot of my friends who are nomads, all seem to be excellent with their budgets. Hope that helps! :)

Oh I'm quite a semi-frugal person lol so I guess no problem here. I think i'm just quite at odds with routine and discipline since I do tend to rebel against such things xD

Haha then you are already winning in life! 😜

I joined Steemit in October 2016 but only started using it last month!! Insane, right?? I wish I didn't ignore it, but I'm thankful that i remembered it and came back. Now I'm wondering why on earth I didn't figure Steemit out and stayed.

Anyway, I'm here now and that's all that matters. Good personal development goals you've got there. Thanks for sharing!

@imwatsi ~ I write poems

"Black Cumin Seeds" can/may suppress your appetite. You can get the "Black Seed Oil" as well, which is more concentrated. Plenty of info on Youtube and via google.

Don't carb load for breakfast, it's difficult to shift any weight with the sugar load from the carbs/starch/sugar. Get into some healthy fats and protein and vegge juices... ditch gluten for a while! Look up: http://www.wheatbellyblog.com

You could end up with a monster comment trail here! A quick stab but hopefully useful to you:

A good quality battery pack for your phone of choice. 20000 mAh should charge any phone from flat 5x or more.

Burpees - an absolute punk of an exercise but great for all round fitness.

Carbs in the morning (to burn in the day) or at night (better sleep), not both if possible.

Good luck!

I relate to your story. Most of the time am online fearing to miss out on the so called new world economy. Spending long hours at the screen, learning tons only to realize that your health and social life goes down the drain. I think we have to try and strike a balance in our online n offline chores. Thanks for sharing your post

Hmm i've been making plenty of online friends (didn't do that at all before steemit), but yeah my IRL social life went down the drain pretty much because our wavelengths are so different now. Not many people i've been friends with are into cryptos, and there's plenty of difference even in non-crypto talks.

@kevinwong - From an old guy who screwed his body up with supplements. Stick to natural foods. Just because it can be purchased from a store doesn't mean it is good for you. Namely :- Protein Powders. Good luck on your journey. Nice read and well formatted.

Ah I've used protein powders back when I was a gym rat. Didn't find them a problem! What happened?

@kevinwong My bloods reported that I had Chronic Kidney Disease (Stage 1 Kidney Failure!).

Kidney's do not regenerate, however fortunately for me the abnormal readings were due to Kidney overload processing the huge amount of Protein. I was consuming approximately 200 - 250g per day.

In addition to this I was also told these powders can contain Steroids or Testosterone boosters that can also cause additional problems with the Endocrine system.

I am now treated for low Testosterone. This could also simply be getting older so no concrete proof on the second claim.

I made a small article a while back about my experience

https://steemit.com/life/@stormuk69/the-evils-of-protein-powder-supplementation

I think becoming healthy and lean should be on the top of your priority list because good health is the actual wealth, rest comes next.

Now it should be. Can't deny that sacrificing my body for the past year has been somewhat good for my mind and moves in the blockchain game, but it just went on the extreme edge and needs some correction now ;)

Just dropping here and upvoting your blog to appreciate your upvote to my recent blog.. This is good read article, however, personally, I will get in touch of the internet every single time. Because money created today with information, the one holds the information holds the money... Good luck to you buddy @kevingwong

Research Dr Mary Enig.
I came across an article by her 15 years ago so I started eating the way she suggested, as a short term experiment, but the experiment never ended!
P.s I'm on my 3rd macbook charger, they seem to last 18 months max.

Any good links? Yeah the mac chargers are abysmal, and overpriced too, not sure if i'm every gonna use them again..

Its a struggling trying to be a mobile agent and still having a full time job- doesn't quite work and always compromises!

Well which is why I made an exit last year and avoided employment regimes..

Good for you. One day I hope I am doing the same

all the best! i think a good strategy is hold until a few big waves pass by. selling cryptos for cheap too early on wouldn't help much..

Im definately reading this later when I get some time lol......

Good luck in achieving all your goals!!

Nice article Followed you hop u follow back and upvote my comment

Ether Punk will be the new deal. Just use design thinking concept to perfect it, good luck

I would be really pleased to read it! Thanks!

Ether Punk is the new villain in the new game Ether Metal Gear starring Ether Snake. I eat garlic and I'm an American in Vietnam teaching English at coffee shops like a freelancer. They are trying to pass bills in the USA to go after Bitcoin and other things to treat Bitcoin like tax evasion meaning they are trying to put us in jail and stuff. Go look it up. I like this post as it reminds me of goals I have too about being more free and healthy and I love Ubuntu and I do not use Apple or Windows because they work for the NWO or something like that. I love Metal Gear. The photo you have here reminds me of Metal Gear. Eat more organic food. Have more fun and do what you love and you will always fly like an eagle.

God, what a beauty! This is not a vacation is a dream))

good post.thanks

workout my friend , stay healthy . Just keep your body moving !
