Bail somebody out

کسی را با سپردن وثیقه آزاد کردن، ضمانت کسی را کردن، به قید ضمانت آزاد شدن،از ورشکستگی نجات دادن

Her parents bailed her out and took her home.

پدر و مادرش او را با سپردن وثیقه آزاد کردند و به خانه بردند.

The club faced bankruptcy until a wealthy local businessman bailed them out.

باشگاه دچار ورشکستگی شد اما یک تاجر پولدار محلی به داد آن رسید

Tear something up = To rip into small pieces

پاره کردن، ریز ریز کردن، رعایت نکردن

He told the laywer to tear the old contract up and then to prepare a new one.

به وکیل گفت که قرارداد قبلی را پاره کرده و سپس قرارداد جدیدی تنظیم کند.
