Hey, interesting way of making root cellar. All it matters is that it works :) I am curently rebuilding old root cellar. Actualy spent good part of last summer doing that, it's big stone root cellar. It was partly colapsed because nobody used it for long time. Anyway, the purpose is the same, to store potatoes over winter :) might make a post once it's done. Thanks for sharing
