I love this post! I'm always looking for new, safer ways to keep my period under control (I've got a moon cup sat in my cupboard, but I'm still trying to pluck up the courage to use haha!) but I am LOVING the sound of the sea sponge!

Awwwww thanx! And from personal experience sea sponge is a bit rough for me so I wash it a few times in the sink first then ring out really well before insertng it. But really I feel like once you get the hang of the moon cup you will fall in love and never want to go back!
