What happened to Peerplays?

Where is Peerplays 8?

Peerplays was supposed to launch something in August called Peerplays 8 which was supposed to be a group of games playable on the Peerplays network. On Aug 3 they announced it entered beta testing but updates have been very infrequent. On Aug 10 they offered a logo contest.

Where is Peerplays 8? If it's in beta then can we have pictures and reviews from beta testers? Looks like another missed deadline which is reflecting in the price of PPY.
