So much truth in this article.
Personally, I find that emotional intelligence can be constantly fluctuating. There's good days and not so good days.
Of course, when we have developed a sense of emotional intelligence, it is easier to realise when we are moving back into a negative state and hopefully return to a positive state through the awareness.
Meditation has helped me a lot in keeping mindful, and in particular when it comes to have that high emotional level of intelligence throughout my days.
