A critical security mistake has been discovered by researchers in the Chrome web browser. This is the second such severe crack in just 14 days. Fortunately, the update is no longer available.
A new version of Chrome with serial number 67 was released last week. Users should pay close attention to this update as it corrects a critical security vulnerability.
It is as severe as the crack that was unveiled in June. Recall that the computer pirates could exploit the error in order to fully take control of the infected system.
And that's exactly what they can do because of an error that has now been fixed. In other words, they can smuggle any malicious code into the computer, access stored data, abuse it for bulk DDoS attacks, or intercept the user's internet communications - and of course including the entered passwords.
The error applies to all platforms
Chrome version 67 is available for virtually all supported platforms, Windows, Mac, Linux and Android. "The update should happen automatically, but we recommend checking the version used,"
Chrome, however, is not the only browser that has been experiencing critical security flaws in recent days. Microsoft also repaired a week ago, except for Edge browsers and Internet Explorer, updates were also released for Windows or Office.
oh my god
