Wednesday, February 28, 2018, Yusuf Mansur along with thousands of his jama'ah came to the headquarters of Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) in Muamalat Tower, Prof. road. Dr. Satrio kav 18, Kuningan, Jakarta to jointly open an account. The opening of this savings according to Yusuf Mansur is an initial way for people who want the sharia banking industry in Indonesia to be strong.

"God willing, people aspire to drive the sharia banking industry, so this is our concrete step to help plant good in Bank Muamalat Indonesia to help increase the growth of sharia economy in general. This is in line with Bank Muamalat's forward strategy to focus more on the Islamic community and this is also in line with the mandate of cooperation we have built again with various Islamic Organizations such as NU, Hidayatullah, Muhammadiyah and also cooperate with ulama and ustadz like KH. AA Gym, Ustadz Yusuf Mansur, Ustadz Arifin Ilham and Ustadz Subhan Bawazier, etc. Insha Allah this pattern of cooperation will continue to be built and developed with various other Islamic communities.

The Association of Indonesian Sharia Banks (ASBISINDO) sees an opportunity to increase its sharia banking market share by 7 percent by 2018. Thus, Islamic banks should grow by 20 percent, given Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world, representing 10.7 percent of the world's Muslim population.

The event which took place this afternoon was filled with the prayer of praise, tausiyah from Ustadz Yusuf Mansur and the opening of Bank Muamalat account witnessed by KH Ma'ruf Amin as Chairman of MUI and Chairman of the Board of Supervisor of Bank Syariah Muamalat as well as some economic leaders of sharia and continued friendly in the Muamalat mosque on the 20th floor of Muamalat Tower.
