I want to form a mutually beneficial relationship with my followers so that we can all learn from each other, have fun and possibly make a profit too. I'm going to try to make bigger payouts to followers that interact with my posts more.
Having a lot of good followers is just as good as having more Steem Power (SP) and Reputation. User's here should focus not only on building up their SP and Reputation, but also building up their follower base.
We do not get any kind of notification here on Steemit for a Resteem. I think that we should, though. You can see a list of Resteems for your posts at https://steemworld.org/@crypto-econom1st
