42! It all adds up. 9 more weeks that I do sponsor the lucky 25 of Ashers league. A promise I made to simplymike to support his securtity contest. And I did announce a world cup contest today, where I will paid out 31 more shares! Hoping that this last contest will be a blast, I did even setup a discord channel.
Not to mention that I need for more steem for the qurator registration!

For the first week I am going with an honor system, but I can pull the data of when you followed someone as it's all on the blockchain if it looks like this is being abused. Really prefer to trust everyone to actually go out and find a new person to support.
Unlike many contests this one takes a little work so I think most people that are putting out a post are making a sincere effort to help other people which is the real goal of this.

Personally I think the key to the whole thing is that everyone needs to focus on those with a lower rep. This helps those that need it most.
If you forget, and I don't forget, I'll remind you later. If you don't have time to create a post, but can look at those featured by others that is a huge help too. I've been trying to upvote everyone featured, but since I'm doing them all it means I have to keep the voting weight fairly low to be able to keep up. So if other add to this we can make some smaller members have a decent reward from their featured posts.
Had some discussion with people about lower reps! We quickly forget that we all did start there.
People get influenced by rep,just ignoring posts with a rep below 30! Which is pity.
