With 123 comments at day two, I think you are going to be a super busy Steemian reading through all the applicants, _{Especially since I can see some who may have exceeded the 250 limit.} For this reason and the fact that why should anyone repeat themselves when they know they have been heard I will only link you back to my original answer on your post; A Witness Pay It Forward Initiative and highlight:

• Any long-term delegations would be appreciated and used well by the @asapers who's main motto is to give back A.S.A.P
• The 10,000 for a week! OMG wouldn't that surprise some followers.
• That one upvote is worth more than many of their final post payouts.

Do you know what an upvote like that could do for many of them? I do, it can make the difference between posting again and giving up on Steemit altogether.

Thanks for taking the time to read through all of these, I don't envy the decisions you need to make but will keep my fingers crossed all the same. :)

I also still stand by the names below for delegations as they all rock this steemit world and make my world a little more interesting.
